Spotlight Artist Of The Week- Kid Cudi
“Heart Of A Lion” Is defiantly a song that I can relate to and its defiantly a song that gets you pumped up and motivated to strive and overcome all obstacle courses. People always used to tell me things like Kid Cudi is part of the Illuminati and he worships the devil but that’s for people that haven’t listened to his music. Hes a guy that is very spiritual and hes a not afraid to deal with his personal demons, which is something we all have.
Well this wraps up this weeks Spotlight Artist tune in tommorrow to see who the next week’s Spotlight Artist is.
Spotlight Artist Of The Week- Kid Cudi
“Mojo So Dope” is a great song and great video. Since documentary type videos seem to be the thing artist do now and I appreciate it cause you get to know them more as a person. After watching this video it makes me likes him even more.
Spotlight Artist Of The Week- Kid Cudi
“Make Her Say” I think is an overlooked track be some people. I has a different laid back beat with Lady Gaga in the backdrop and it defiantly makes it a catchy song and with Kanye and Common on the track just makes it a hit for sure.
Spotlight Artist Of The Week- Kid Cudi
“Ghost” is defiantly a favorite song I like the indie vibe it has to it and its something I can relate to. I often ask myself when did i become a ghost haha.
Random Fact:

Kid Cudi was a bit upset with inattentive fans during his NYC listening session for WZRD last week and Universal didn’t make it any better when they undershipped the album this week they only shipped 55,000 copies. Here’s what Cudi had to say.
“Ok so just a heads up, my weak ass label only shipped 55k physicals cuz they treated this like some indie side project tax right off,” Cudi tweeted on Tuesday, lashing out at Universal Republic. “So its def gonna be tough to find one in the stores guys, I’m sorry about that.” “Im lettin Universal Republic have it, fuck it. What they gon’ do, spank me?? Hahahaha,”Cudi wrote as he went off about the lack of radio support the LP has received. “AND Teleport 2 Me, Jamie aint on the radio!!!! like helloooooooooo????? HIT HIT HIT!!!”
So I just started listening to the album I defiantly like its better than Lil’Wayne’s Rock Album ;)
Spotlight Artist Of The Week- Kid Cudi
“Maniac” has always been one of my favorite songs. Its got a dark and edgy vibe to it but just the beat and lyrics absorb you into the song.
Random Fact- Kid Cudi had writers block for almost 5 months with his new sobriety toward his new WZRD album something he said he’s never had to deal with before.
Spotlight Artist Of The Week: Kid Cudi
“My World” This song taught my to stay strong and never give up on no matter who or what your up against and if you keep it up, you can make the world yours. I love this song!
Spotlight Artist of The Week: Kid Cudi
“Day N Nite” with the catchy yet simple beat draws you in with the laidback lyrics the easily becomes an addicting song. When I first heard this song I knew I wanted to hear more from this artist. If you haven’t heard this song before or don’t know who Kid Cudi is stick around and you’ll get to know him like I’ve gotten to.
Spotlight Artist of The Week- Kid Cudi
Kid Cudi is defiantly one of my favorite artist. Day ‘N Nite was the first song I heard by him and after listening to Man on The Moon I was hooked. He’s not one of those gimmicky rappers he was a man that liked to smoke his weed and talk about the trails and tribulations he’s gone through and the personal demons that he faces. I think I connected to him because he talks about things that I’ve been through and things that really makes you think.
